What is Your Major Stress in Life?

What is your major stress in life? A few nights back, while queuing in a drive thru, my kids & I were talking about our personalities. We’re making fun of ourselves, and had a good laugh about it. On a serious side, I blurted out that I was a people pleaser. I wanted people to like me, and yes, it has been a major source of stress for me. It has been that way for me. I want to please my parents, siblings, teachers, classmates, bosses, co workers, hubby, kids, etc. I feel disappointment in myself, if I perceive that I don’t come up to their expectations. I feel ashamed of myself, if I deemed that I fail my children, whether imagined or not. These negative feeling does take a toll on my wellbeing. It took years learning this feeling of inadequacy, so it also took years to unlearn it. It is only through God’s mercy and love,  that I am able to accept myself, love myself. It is only through God’s unconditional love, that I am able to say, that  I  AM  ENOUGH.  I am a work in progress,

How to Add a Subscribe Button to YouTube Videos? (Guaranteed to increase your subscribers)

Midlife is not the time to be afraid of the future, it is the time to get excited about the new prospects that life will bring.
                - Middle Life is Beautiful

I am a proud midlife Mom!

I have a usual desk job, but a few years back as I celebrated my golden year, I decided to live my life to the fullest.

For me to live my life to the fullest, is to be a brave soul and venture on other career paths, engage in new hobbies, go travel to other parts of the world that would add zest to my midlife years.

I created my blog from scratch and started writing articles about a woman's journey in her midlife stage.

I also created my YouTube Channel even though, I don't really know how to vlog and edit my own videos.

I would watch videos over the internet on how to edit videos so I can improve and enhance my YT Channel.

Another challenge is how to have subscribers!

I found a way on how one can multiply their subscribers and I want to share it with you also.

I discovered that adding a subscribe button to your videos can multiply your subscribers because it is clickable and appears to be very visible to viewers.

Here are the very easy steps on how you can add subscribe button to your YouTube videos:

1.   Log in to your YouTube Channel.

2.   On the drop-down menu, click on YouTube Studio.

3.   Select Settings on the drop-down menu.

4.   Click Channel.

5.   Click on Branding.

6.   Add a watermark (SUBSCRIBE).

7.   Upload the watermark.

Your image should be in PNG or in GIF format.
The size should be under 1 Mb only.
The image must be in the ratio of 4:1 (800px X 200px)
Be careful to use an image that is labeled for reuse only.
You can get free images in Google search or create one in Canva.

8.   Choose your Display Settings. - I prefer to display it in my entire video.

9.  Wait for 48 hours and test. Sometimes it would take less time to make it workable in your videos.
